well that's kinda the problem, I'm indecisive

probably won't mind a bit of fanciness and I have money to spend.
noisy keyboard? does that exist?
quality, prob yea, dunno if reaction time is an issue but better is better.
looks, hell no, comfort is a plus though.
dunno what multicolor system is.
extra keybinds is nice but not a must...

however, now I think of it, my mouse doesn't have a scroller, are there keyboards with that?

Well you could always buy a http://store.razerzone.com/store/razerusa/en_IE/pd/productID.221675100 if you need a scroller *Note this is just a replacement for your keyboard i use it and i recomend it very nice and simple to use.
Then you could buy a Logitech G15 i think it is called
Multicolor system is very usual for some razer products for example Anasi http://store.razerzone.com/store/razerusa/en_IE/pd/productID.220725100/parentCategoryID.35156900/categoryId.52829000 or Naga Epic there you can choise to have a color cycel instead of just blue or just green etc
*Sorry for a late response
