Raiding with Mostly Harmless in Cataclysm
Raiding in Mostly Harmless has always been a two way operation. You put in some dedication, you gain some respect and in turn, some eventual privledges within the Raid Team.

Raid Team
The raid team is what you can call the progressive section of the Mostly Harmless guild. The people in here are the people who turn up often, know their class inside out and they are still expected to be part of the social side of the guild and follow our guild ethos. These guys gain priority on loot over normal members and prospects.


The Raid Team Rules
Sign up continually on Raid Planner on Forums - Yes, No or Maybe with comments if required. If you have to leave before 23.30, then please say so, you will then be replaced at official break time, with someone that has signed as a replacement.
You attend a minimum of 2 Raids a week - If you are away, you need to post on forums /afk. You will give 100% focus and commitment throughout the raid process. We raid for fun and wipes will happen on new bosses and sometimes with bad luck. We don't want to wipe because people are not paying attention and mess up, mistakes happen, but please don't continually repeat them. Failure can result in being demoted from the raid team.
You must know your class and its role within boss fights.
You are willing to take advice and give advice and listen and act accordingly to the Raid Leader(s) instructions when in the raid.
You must have Vent working a minimum to hear if not speak. On progress raids, speaking is preferred, if you don't have a mic, you may simply listen.
You have to be fully repaired and flasked.
You should have best level of Gems/Enchant in kit.
You should read tactics for all up and coming bosses in Raids we are doing. THIS IS MANDATORY.

EpGp
We will continue to use EpGp addon for assigning loot awards during raids. We will be checking that people have the addon before a raid starts.
Looting Priorities:
MS Raid Team > MS Raid Team Trial > MS Member > MS Prospect > OS Raid Team > OS Raid Team Trial >OS Member > OS Prospect
If a player has been asked to alt or change spec to help the raid out, then the new character/spec is still considered as their main for the purpose of the raid as far as loot priority is concerned. However they will be charged the OffSpec costs.
